What personal data we collect and why we collect it
- Your own and the Customer’s contact details such as name, address, telephone number and email.
- Information about date of birth, age and gender
- Employment information about you at the Customer company such as job title, position including preferences and interests in professional context
- Feedback, comments or questions about Anchati Group or concerning our programs and services
- Photos or video of you recorded at our premises
- Content you have uploaded such as photos and video
- Unique user information such as login ID, username, password and security question
- Financial information such as credit card information
- Website traffic information as provided by your web browser such as browser type, language and the address of the website from which you arrived and other traffic information such as IP address
- Clickstream behaviour such as which links you click and when
- Other personal data contained in your profile on third-party social networks (Facebook, LinkedIn etc.)
- We may also in some cases compare a collected IP address with a geographic map service to derive your general location.
If you make a post, comment or similar on any public forum on Anchati Group site, such information can be read and used by anyone with access to the site and used for purposes over which neither Anchati Group nor you have control. Information, which you submit on such forums or Anchati Group site is your full responsibility. Anchati Group will not post any comment, testimonial or similar made by you without your prior consent.
As data controller, Anchati Group does not collect sensitive personal data about you.
How do we use/process your personal data
To manage our Customer relations in general and to meet our Customer commitments, Anchati Group collects some information about you in your role as Customer contact person or user of a service.
We collect personal information for a variety of reasons, such as:
a) Provide offers on services that Customers or prospective customers have requested
b) Inform about and present service offers that are closely related to the services the Customer already uses
c) Contact you about Service announcements, updates or offers
d) Offer support to users of our services
e) Improve the quality of our services and Anchati Group web site
f) Detect and prevent security threats and perform maintenance and debugging
g) Prevent abuse of our services
h) Communicate information that is relevant for our customer relations in general – respond to user inquiries
i) Fulfill user requests
j) Comply with our legal or contractual obligations
Processing according to the above-listed purposes is necessary for us to manage our customer relations. Therefore Anchati Group does not ask for your consent to process your personal data. We do not consider that the processing disadvantages you in any way.
In addition, we will also collect information about you as a contact person or user of a service, for the following purposes:

If you are a job seeker, we gather information in order to:

n) Evaluate your potential as an Anchati Group employee
o) Evaluate your potential when applying for a job in our customer’s organization
The basis for Anchati Group’s processing of personal data for the above purposes (k to o) is based on your voluntary consent. Your consent may be given freely on Anchati Group web site when applicable or by other means, e.g.application form. Please note that the collection of individual personal data is required in order to gain user access to many of our services and also to access the information you have requested.
To protect your security and ours we may also store information about you when you visit our premises.
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

We currently use Google Analytics (traffic analysis, SEO optimization), Mailchimp (mailing list management). We listed below what data these third parties extract exactly. Feel free to check out their own Privacy Policies to find out more.
– Google Analytics: anonymous (ad serving domains, browser type, demographics, language settings, page views, time/date), pseudonymous (IP address)
We also use social buttons provided by services like Twitter, Google+, LinkedIn and Facebook. Your use of these third party services is entirely optional. We are not responsible for the privacy policies and/or practices of these third party services, and you are responsible for reading and understanding those third party services’ privacy policies.
We employ and contract with people and other entities that perform certain tasks on our behalf and who are under our control (our “Agents”). We may need to share personal information with our Agents in order to provide products or services to you. Unless we tell you differently, our Agents do not have any right to use Personal Information or other information we share with them beyond what is necessary to assist us. You hereby consent to our sharing of Personal Information with our Agents.
Who we share your data with:
It is important to us that we provide the best possible customer service and overall experience. In order to maintain a complete overview and insight into which Customers have relations with the various companies in the Anchati Group, we will, therefore, share your data with these companies. The aim of this is to ensure that you can access the relevant information on time and that you are not contacted more often than is necessary for you or for Anchati Group
Anchati Group does not share your personal data with third-parties who intend to use the data for marketing purposes if you have not given your consent to this.
Anchati Group may share your personal data with third-parties for other purposes but only in the following contexts:
a. Business partners
Anchati Group may share your personal information with our partners in the event that this is legitimate from a business perspective. For example, if you purchase a service on behalf of your employer that we provide through one of our certified partners.
b. Public authorities
The police and/or other authorities may demand the handover of personal information from Anchati Group. In these cases, Anchati Groupwill only hand over the data if there is a court order or another legal obligation to do so.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
Anchati Group will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary for the stated purpose, while also taking into account our need to answer queries or resolve problems and to comply with legal requirements under applicable laws.
This means that we may retain your personal data for a reasonable period after your last interaction with us. Your contact information
Anchati Group collects data about job seekers, contact persons and users at our Customers, including persons representing potential Customers who approach us via Anchati Group web site or other channels. Anchati acts in such regards as data controller.
We also collect data about our Customers’ employees and other persons where the Customer is data controller. Anchati acts in these regards as the Data Processor.
We receive certain Personal Data directly from you when you provide us with such Personal Data, including without limitation the following:
– First name
– Last name
– Email address
– Mailing address
– Telephone number
– Country
We collect and process these categories of Personal Data as a matter of contractual necessity so that we can provide the Services to you in accordance with our Terms of Service. For example, we cannot make you a price offer if you do not provide us with your first and last name. When we process Personal Data due to contractual necessity, failure to provide such Personal Data will result in your inability to use some or all portions of the Services that require such Personal Data.
Changes to this Privacy Statement
We may modify this Privacy Statement from time to time, we will post the revised statement on this section of the website, with an updated revision date. We encourage you to review the Privacy Statement regularly. Further, Anchati Group is committed to ensuring proper use of the information, to maintain data integrity and to secure data availability. As part of our commitment, we utilize reasonable and appropriate physical, technical, and administrative procedures and measures to safeguard the information we collect and process. Anchati Group has implemented a number of security measures, including:
- Secure operating environments – Anchati Group stores your data in secure operating environments that are only accessible to Anchati employees and subcontractors on a need-to-know basis. Anchati also follows generally accepted industry standards in this respect.
Please note that these protections do not apply to the personal data that you choose to share in public areas such as community websites.

– Erasure: You can request that we erase some or all of your Personal Data from our systems.
