                        PROPERTY RULES AND GUIDELINES

As Hosts, we want you to have a pleasant stay in our apartments, assuring you that we will do our best to meet your requirements. In order to be able to fulfill these wishes in such a way that you come back to us with pleasure countless times, please respect the following rules of interior order.

Reservations/Rentals:

⦁ Our accommodation spaces can be booked/rented via https://www.booking.com/ https://www.airbnb.com.ro/, ⦁ You can contact us by phone, sms, whatsapp at: 0742-055-235, email, at: luxus.cluj@gmail.com

Arrival and departure_Self check-in:

⦁ Check-in can be done starting at 15.00, using an access code received privately via SMS or WhatsApp.

⦁ Check-out will be done between 08:00 to 11:00, the key will be left in the check-box.

⦁ Payment of accommodation costs will be made online via booking.com, airbnb.com.ro, or by bank transfer.

⦁ From the moment of taking over the key, the client is responsible for the reserved apartment.

⦁ The extension of the stay will be confirmed depending on the availability.

⦁ For vacating the apartment after 11:00, but no later than 13:00, a fee of 50% of the rate for that day is charged. ⦁ Leaving the apartment after 14:00 is charged with a full night of accommodation.

⦁ Before leaving the unit, please check that you have not forgotten any personal items and turn off the TV’s, air conditioning, as well as light sources or water sources.

⦁ The acccess of minors under 14 years of age is allowed only in cases where they are accompanied by their parents or legal representatives.

! The maximum number of guests allowed on the property, and in the apartments is strictly limited to the number stated in the reservation. Unauthorized visitors or additional guests are not permitted without prior written approval from the property owner or manager. Article 224 – Violation of a Professional Premises (Romanian Criminal Code)

⦁ Guests cannot receive visitors, except for the parking areas, terrace or unit front yard, max. 60min./(10:00–22:00)

⦁ Guests cannot receive visitors in the apartment, If  visitors will be received in the apartment for more than 30:00 min., they will be evacuated if the apartment has already reached full guest capacity, if not, they will have to pay the difference in the rate and register in our records, by completing the accommodation form.

⦁ For safety reasons, the terrace umbrella must remain closed in windy conditions. Failure to do so may result in personal injury or property damage. Guests should wear appropriate clothing on the terrace and common areas.

Services offered:

⦁ The unit offers the following additional free facilities: information provision, Taxi contact service, air conditioning. TV,  wireless internet network. Network: DIGIFIBRA-G9yk/ WIFI CODE: luxusap48.

⦁ Tea, coffee, water and a small sweet surprise are on the house.

⦁ The apartments operate in a self-catering system and offer you a fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, microwave oven, induction hob, kettle, crockery, cutlery, washing machine.

⦁ We provide 1 private parking space for each apartment, free of charge, upon request.

⦁ Parking the car must be done properly, as not to block the entrance or exit of the unit.

• The common areas of the building and the parking spaces are video-surveilled.

Guest responsibilities

⦁ DO NOT leave children unattended in apartments, terraces, balconies or common areas.

⦁ Guests are financially responsible for any damage or destruction caused to the furniture, equipment and appliances of the apartments, due to their fault, the children in their care as well as visitors. In the event of damage or shortages in the inventory, the guest will be notified by phone, by written message on whatsapp or sms, with images and video and will be required to pay the damages. The property must be left in an appropriate condition.

• Access with pets and birds in the accommodation unit/on the property is strictly prohibited.
• Traditional smoking and electronic cigarettes are not allowed in the apartments, except outside our accommodation units, in specially arranged spaces. Smoking is only allowed on the terrace and parking lot.
• The housing unit bears no responsibility for damages caused to vehicles during the stay, for their theft or for personal belongings left in the vehicles
