Luxus Cluj Airport Apartments

1. Reservations & Payments

A reservation is considered valid only after receiving a booking confirmation from us.

Full payment must be made before check-in, using the agreed payment method (bank transfer, Revolut, or cash upon arrival if agreed).

2. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: from 15:00

Check-out: until 11:00

Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.

The maximum number of guests allowed on the property, and in the apartments is strictly limited to the number stated in the reservation.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Standard (refundable) rate: Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival will be charged the first night.

Non-refundable rate: The total amount of the reservation will be charged in case of cancellation, no-show, or modification.

4. House Rules

Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments.

Pets are not allowed.

Parties or events are strictly prohibited.

Guests must respect the quiet hours between 22:00 – 07:00.

5. Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or furnishings during their stay.

Luxus Cluj Airport Apartments is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.

The management reserves the right to refuse accommodation to any guest who does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

The common areas of the building and the parking spaces are video-surveilled

Personal data provided during booking will only be used for reservation and legal purposes.

We do not share personal information with third parties, except when required by law.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Romanian law.

Any disputes will be settled amicably, and if not possible, through the competent courts of Cluj-Napoca.
